     A Palani, petite ville rurale au pied des Ghats (chaine de montagne qui separe le Tamil Nadu du Kerala), EW a lance un vaste programme d'elevage caprin dans le but d'assurer un supplement de revenu aux familles de dhalits (ou intouchables). A paraitre prochainement un article dans la Nouvelle Republique.

     In Palani, a small rural town at the bottom of the Ghats (a mountain range separating Tamil Nadu from Kerala), EW has launched an important goat rearing project to improve the living standards of the Dhalit population (Intouchables). We'll be posting a copy of an article that recently appeared in a Poitiers newspaper.
